Corporate Subcontract Manager (CSM)
Anaheim/Palmdale, California, US
Are you looking for a company culture that treats its employees like family but offers compensation that rivals big, drab, soulless corporations? Are you looking for an opportunity to grow in a career, instead of just a job? Are you interested in an opportunity that makes you want to stay with and eventually retire with an enormous nest egg?
At Fit First Talent, we’re selective about the clients we represent because beyond just the “company”, we look at the “culture” to understand whether it’s a client we want to work with. We are partnered with a fantastic client that has an incredible opportunity that may sound too good to be true... but it isn’t.
We mentioned it above, but speaking of the “nest egg” for your future, our client is the largest Employee Owned Stock Program (ESOP) electrical contractor in the United States and is in the top 20 of all ESOP companies in the United States.
If you you are articulate, have a willingness to learn, are detail-oriented, and are a self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, we want to talk to you!
